Visit the studio
I am located just outside of Santa Paula, California in Santa Paula canyon. I share the studio with my mother, the painter Gail Pidduck. The studio is along Ojai Rd/HWY 150, a beautiful winding 'backroad' to Ojai and beyond. The studio and salesroom are in a converted farm shop building surrounded by citrus and avocado orchards and two creeks. I make the pottery, mix the glazes, and fire the kiln all at the studio. The ash I use in my glazes is collected from the burning of the orchard firewood.
Visitors are always welcome to drop by anytime during daylight hours. To be sure someone is around it is best to call/email ahead. I try to maintain a full assortment of pots available for purchase year-round. Please consider me for your next gift for a wedding, Mother's Day, birthday, or anniversary.
Driving directions: Follow 10th St/Ojai Rd/HWY 150 through the town of Santa Paula, heading North until you reach Bridge Rd. where you will turn right. Go across the bridge and immediately follow the road to the left, Rafferty Rd. Continue through the orchards going past 2 houses to reach the Studio located on the left at a bend in the road. There is parking directly in front of the studio.
